Fred Gaines to Receive Calabasas’ Highest Honor
The Calabasas Chamber of Commerce will present the city’s highest honor to Calabasas Mayor Pro Tem Fred Gaines. He will receive the prestigious Bill Van Gieson “Spirit of Calabasas” Award on January 27.
