Biography
Nanci Stacey is an Associate in the Costa Mesa office of Gaines & Stacey LLP, specializing in land use, zoning, environmental law, related litigation and political advocacy. The firm provides counsel to property owners, real estate developers, government agencies, community groups and individuals related to real estate and general business issues.
Ms. Stacey practices in a number of land use related areas, including litigation involving real property disputes. She also specializes in matters involving the California Coastal Commission.
Ms. Stacey is a member of both the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Utah.
Ms. Stacey was born in San Bernardino, California, but has spent considerable time living and working in Utah, Colorado and New York. She has been a nationally ranked Masters Rower, having completed in regattas throughout the United States. She is an active member of the Newport Aquatic Center.
Ms. Stacey lives in San Juan Capistrano with her husband Sherman.
