Malibu’s rich and famous are about to live next to a cemetery

It’s one of the most beautiful parcels of land in America: a stretch of grassy cliff in Malibu along the legendary “Queen’s Necklace” coast that starts in Santa Monica and curves north along Southern California.

The 28-acre area looks over Surfrider Beach, where Gidget famously frolicked with Moondoggie, and where Flea, the bassist from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, is often seen surfing or just chilling on the sand.
